SLXN•Phase 2/3 trial begins in locally advanced pancreatic cancer
Silexion Therapeutics initiated a Phase 2/3 trial of SIL204 in locally advanced pancreatic cancer at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, activating the first site.
No clinical results have been presented; patient screening is expected to start in coming weeks, with first dosing anticipated next.
The study will test SIL204 with standard chemotherapy, aiming to support treatment of primary tumors while also targeting metastatic disease.
The trial design includes an initial safety run-in of about 18 patients, followed by a randomized cohort of about 166 patients as more sites join.
Additional sites in Israel and Germany are expected to come online in coming months, expanding the program’s execution footprint.
