Preclinical data show immune-sensitizing effects
Silexion Therapeutics reported new preclinical data for SIL204 showing immune-sensitizing effects in KRAS-mutant pancreatic cancer and NSCLC cell lines.
- SIL204 increased FAS (CD95) expression at 72 hours, including up to about 2-fold in KRAS G12D pancreatic cells (P<0.0001).
- SIL204 reduced HLA-G expression in KRAS G12C NSCLC cells, including at 24 hours (P<0.001) and 72 hours (P<0.01) at 200 nM.
