Silexion Therapeutics announces extraordinary shareholder meeting

Silexion Therapeutics will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Ramat Gan, Israel on Sept. 9, 2026.

• Shareholders will vote on increasing authorized share capital by 175,000,000 ordinary shares to 190,900,000 shares.
• A separate proposal seeks approval for a reverse share split at a ratio between 1-for-7 and 1-for-15.
