Silexion Therapeutics doses first patient in Phase 2/3 trial of SIL204 for locally advanced pancreatic cancer
SLXN•Silexion Therapeutics dosed the first patient in a global Phase 2/3 trial testing SIL204 plus standard chemotherapy against chemotherapy alone in newly diagnosed, KRAS-mutated, unresectable Stage 3 pancreatic cancer.
1. Trial begins
The first patient was dosed at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center. Additional trial sites in Israel and Germany are moving toward activation.
2. Study design
The study is testing SIL204 with standard chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone. No efficacy results have been presented, and preliminary clinical readouts are expected in the future as enrollment expands.
