Silexion Therapeutics publishes corporate deck spotlighting SIL204 siRNA program targeting KRAS-driven cancers

SLXN•Silexion Therapeutics highlighted SIL204, a second-generation siRNA designed to silence KRAS expression in KRAS-driven solid tumors, including PDAC, CRC, and NSCLC.
The company said its Phase 2/3 program has been launched for locally advanced pancreatic cancer using dual delivery: intratumoral dosing for primary tumors and subcutaneous dosing for micrometastases.
The primary endpoint is overall survival. Secondary endpoints include ctDNA biomarkers expected early Q4 2026, progression-free survival, and overall response rate.
The trial plan calls for a safety run-in completing Q2 2027, a Phase 2 expansion starting Q3 2027, and a Phase 3 confirmatory stage starting Q3 2030.
Silexion cited a total addressable market of USD 2 billion in the U.S. and USD 3 billion in the EU for localized advanced pancreatic cancer.
