Silver Bow Mining sets Doug Stiles’ base salary at $240,000
SBMT•Silver Bow Mining amended its disclosure to set President Doug Stiles’ annual base salary at $240,000 under an agreement effective Sept. 21, 2026.
1. Employment terms
Stiles is eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 50% of base salary. Termination without cause or for good reason provides 12 months of base salary plus benefits and immediate vesting of unvested stock options; change-of-control termination protections provide 24 months of base salary, with equity vesting on a change of control. The board plans to review his salary in the fourth quarter of 2026, with a discretionary increase due by Dec. 31.
