Silynxcom faces a claim in Israel’s Central District Court alleging its CEO and a director wrongfully seized control of a family business.
The suit alleges reliance on an invalid proxy to issue 9,833,333 shares in a U.S. unit to the CEO, leaving the late mother with 1,000,000.
