It filled 33% of open roles internally, achieved a global TRIR of 0.79, maintained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, and introduced 52 new products.

Simpson’s Fiscal 2025 CSR Report highlights employees delivering over 1,000 volunteer hours during its National Day of Service and generating more than $393,000 through Matching Gifts. The company also expanded support for construction industry education to attract and train future professionals.

More than 33% of open positions were filled through internal mobility, reflecting robust career growth pathways. Simpson achieved a global Total Recordable Incident Rate of 0.79 and maintained ISO 9001 certification at 44 sites and ISO 14001 certification at six facilities.
