Sinclair Oil Launches 3,000-Mile DINO-Venture Road Trip for 110th Anniversary
HF Sinclair is launching DINO-Venture, a nine-city road trip from May 22 to June 15 covering over 3,000 miles across the Western U.S. to mark Sinclair Oil’s 110th anniversary with LED truck activations, giveaways and city-specific promotions. The tour concludes in Tulsa with a Folds of Honor scholarship ceremony.
1. DINO-Venture Road Trip Details
HF Sinclair is sending the green DINO icon on a 3,000-mile journey from May 22 to June 15, calling on nine Western U.S. cities—Seattle, Boise, Yellowstone, Casper, Rapid City, Grand Junction, Flagstaff, Salt Lake City and Tulsa—to honor Sinclair Oil’s 110th anniversary.
2. On-Site Activations and Promotions
Each stop features a custom LED mobile truck hosting on-site activations such as branded giveaways, photo opportunities and city-specific offers tied to National Road Trip Day, National Dinosaur Day and Father’s Day.
3. Folds of Honor Partnership
The road trip will wrap up in Tulsa with a scholarship ceremony in partnership with Folds of Honor, extending Sinclair’s Fueling Folds of Honor initiative that raised over $1 million for military and first responder families in 2025.
4. Marketing and Content Rollout
Content from DINO-Venture will roll out across Sinclair’s social channels from May 22 through Labor Day, aiming to boost customer engagement, spotlight family-owned distributors and reinforce the brand’s legacy in the fueling market.
