Sinclair Q2 revenue rises on political advertising strength

Sinclair's second-quarter revenue rose 7% year over year, while adjusted EBITDA jumped 45% year over year, driven by strong political advertising.
The company reported second-quarter revenue of $840 million, compared with a consensus estimate of $836.77 million from five analysts. Adjusted EBITDA was $149 million, and net loss attributable was $76 million.
