Non-binding framework for South Carolina AI data center campus
Singularity Future Technology entered a non-binding strategic development framework agreement to evaluate a potential AI data center campus on an approximately 900-acre industrial site in Florence, South Carolina.
Preliminary work identified about 25 MW of existing or near-term grid capacity, subject to utility confirmation.
The parties will also explore an expansion pathway that could lift capacity to about 99 MW within roughly 24 months.
The framework sets terms for exclusive talks while due diligence, permitting, interconnection work, financing, and approvals proceed toward possible definitive agreements.
