- China Petroleum & Chemical filed a next-day disclosure return showing 2,244,000 H shares repurchased for cancellation on Sept. 2.
- The buyback was executed on HKEX at HKD 4.68 to HKD 4.83 per share, for total consideration of HKD 10.6 million.
