1. Quarterly results
SiteOne reported third-quarter sales of $1.29 billion, up 3% year over year and slightly below analysts’ $1.30 billion estimate. Adjusted EBITDA rose 8% to $138.3 million, above the $133.37 million consensus.
2. 2026 outlook and demand
The company expects full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA of $425 million to $440 million and organic daily sales to be flat to down 1%. It expects to expand adjusted EBITDA margin slightly despite restructuring charges. SiteOne said underlying market demand remained soft, with lower sales volume and a delayed fall season due to hot, dry weather.
3. Margins and repurchases
Gross margin expansion was driven primarily by strong price realization, including fuel surcharges, and commercial initiatives. Acquisitions contributed $39.7 million, or 3%, to quarterly net sales growth. After the quarter, the company increased its share repurchase authorization by $500 million.
