Sky Quarry announces special shareholder meeting

Sky Quarry will hold a special shareholder meeting in Woods Cross, Utah on Sept. 18, 2026.

• Votes are scheduled on two proposed reverse stock splits, each with a ratio range of 1-for-2 to 1-for-25.
• Shareholders will also vote on adopting the 2026 Omnibus Incentive Plan, reserving 3,000,000 shares for equity awards.
• The meeting also includes a proposal to adjourn, if needed, to seek additional support for the reverse splits and incentive plan.
