SkyAI enters tender support and settlement agreement with Bastion Trading Limited
SKYA•SkyAI entered into a tender support and settlement agreement with Bastion Trading Limited, extending its cash tender offer to all pre-funded warrants and including all stapled warrants. Bastion agreed to a three-year standstill, and SkyAI amended the offer to purchase 100% of each class of outstanding pre-funded warrants.
