Skye Bioscience flags Nasdaq noncompliance after stockholders’ equity falls to ($497,307)
SKYE•Nasdaq noncompliance notice
Skye Bioscience said Nasdaq flagged the company for failing to meet the $2.5 million minimum stockholders’ equity requirement under Listing Rule 5550(b)(1).
The company said stockholders’ equity was ($497,307) in its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Shares continue to trade on Nasdaq under “SKYE” with no immediate impact.
Compliance timeline and potential delisting risk
Skye Bioscience must submit a compliance plan by Oct. 2, 2026. Nasdaq could extend the cure period to Feb. 14, 2027.
If the company does not regain compliance, Nasdaq could begin delisting proceedings. Skye would have the option to appeal, which would keep the stock listed during the review process.
