Chun Man Lo resigned as chief financial officer effective May 31, 2026 for personal reasons.
Chan is a Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants member with 22 years’ accounting and auditing experience. She serves as a non-executive director at Tongda Group Holdings and holds several independent directorships, including NYSE-listed Green Circle Decarbonize Technology.
