Skyworks completes exchange of $1.43 billion of Qorvo notes for new 2029 and 2031 senior notes
SWKS•Skyworks completed exchanges of Qorvo notes, accepting $779.38 million of 2029 notes and $647.1 million of 2031 notes in settlement on Oct. 7, 2026.
1. Exchange settlement
Skyworks completed exchange offers for Qorvo’s 4.375% senior notes due 2029 and 3.375% senior notes due 2031. It issued up to $850 million of new 2029 notes and up to $700 million of new 2031 notes. After settlement, $70.62 million of the 2029 notes and $52.9 million of the 2031 notes remained outstanding; the offers expired Oct. 5, 2026.
