Skyworks extends exchange offers for Qorvo USD 850 million 2029 notes, USD 700 million 2031 notes

Skyworks extended exchange offers for Qorvo’s 4.375% Senior Notes due 2029 and 3.375% Senior Notes due 2031 to Sept. 18, 2026.
Holders can swap into up to USD 850 million of new 4.375% Senior Notes due 2029 and USD 700 million of new 3.375% Senior Notes due 2031.
Tenders as of Sept. 11 were USD 772.25 million of 2029 notes and USD 654.04 million of 2031 notes.
Settlement is expected no earlier than the second business day following the merger closing.
