- Skyworks extended exchange offers for Qorvo’s 4.375% Senior Notes due 2029, 3.375% Senior Notes due 2031 to Sept. 11.
- Offers cover up to USD 850 million of new 4.375% Senior Notes due 2029, USD 700 million of new 3.375% Senior Notes due 2031.
- As of Sept. 1, holders tendered USD 769.65 million of the 2029 notes, USD 653.54 million of the 2031 notes.
- Settlement expected promptly after expiration, no earlier than the second business day following the Qorvo merger closing.
