Skyworks says Qorvo noteholders tender 92% in exchange offers for 2029, 2031 senior notes
SWKS•Holders tendered 91.70% of Qorvo’s $850 million of 2029 notes and 92.44% of its $700 million of 2031 notes in Skyworks’ exchange offers. Settlement is expected around Oct. 7, with Skyworks set to issue $778.1 million and $646.81 million of new notes, respectively.
1. Tender results
Skyworks said its exchange offers for Qorvo’s 4.375% senior notes due 2029 and 3.375% senior notes due 2031 expired Oct. 5. Holders tendered $779.42 million of the 2029 notes, or 91.70% of the $850 million outstanding, and $647.1 million of the 2031 notes, or 92.44% of the $700 million outstanding.
2. Expected settlement
Settlement is expected around Oct. 7. Skyworks expects to issue $778.1 million of new 2029 notes and $646.81 million of new 2031 notes.
