Skyworks will showcase its SKYR60002 6G FR3 LNA and power amplifier module supporting 6.425–7+ GHz spectrum and its SKY58287-11 PC1 RF front-end module at MWC 2026 with MediaTek. Engineering samples will be provided to early access partners alongside MediaTek’s chipset evaluation schedule to accelerate next-generation wireless adoption.

At Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona, Skyworks and MediaTek will stage live demonstrations of early 6G RF front-end solutions at Hall 3, Stand 3D10, highlighting collaborative efforts to advance next-generation wireless platforms.

2. SKYR60002 6G FR3 LNA Power Amplifier Details

The SKYR60002 module integrates a low-noise amplifier and power amplifier with filters to support the new 6.425–7+ GHz FR3 spectrum defined in 3GPP, delivering high linearity, wide bandwidth, and robust thermal performance.

3. SKY58287-11 PC1 RF Front-End Module Features

The SKY58287-11 Ultra High Band PC1 module offers high efficiency and reduced thermal resistance packaging that eliminates heat sinks, extending 5G cell-edge coverage for fixed wireless broadband and home internet applications.

4. Sample Availability and Partner Timeline

Engineering samples of both modules will be released to early access partners in alignment with MediaTek’s chipset evaluation schedule, enabling chipset-to-RFFE alignment and faster integration into next-generation wireless devices.
