SKYX Platforms falls out of Nasdaq compliance after director death
SKYX•SKYX Platforms lost compliance with Nasdaq rules for board independence and audit committee membership after independent director Efrat L. Greenstein Brayer died; Nasdaq set a cure period ending at the earlier of the next annual meeting or Sept. 26, 2027.
1. Nasdaq cure period
Following Greenstein Brayer’s death, SKYX Platforms no longer has a majority of independent directors or the required three-member audit committee. Nasdaq granted the company until the earlier of its next annual meeting or Sept. 26, 2027, to restore compliance; if the meeting occurs before March 25, 2027, compliance must be restored by that date. The listing remains unaffected for now.
