SKYX has been selected to install its advanced plug-and-play smart platform in The Grand Hotel du Parc, a designated historic property in La Bourboule, France. The 100-room hotel, with plans to add 30 new rooms, will undergo a three-phase master renovation integrating SKYX’s technologies across guest rooms, public spaces and amenities.

The company will supply thousands of units including ceiling fans, recessed lights, downlights, exit and emergency signs, indoor and outdoor fixtures, and wall-mounted lighting. SKYX’s system is designed to reduce renovation or new build time and costs by up to 90% while enabling features such as AI-driven controls and future software upgrades.

This project marks SKYX’s first European hotel collaboration and opens avenues for recurring revenues through subscriptions, monitoring services and interchangeable upgrades. Ongoing discussions with additional hotel operators and building owners could expand SKYX’s footprint across Europe and support accelerated growth in its hospitality segment.
