SL Investment Fund II ups UBS credit facility to $750 million, raises margin to 1.95%
UBS•SL Investment Fund II amended its UBS credit facility on Sept. 30, 2026, increasing its size to $750 million from $600 million and raising the margin to 1.95% from 1.90%.

SL Investment Fund II amended its UBS Facility through subsidiary SLIF II Financing SPV. Borrowings remain subject to a covenant package and leverage limits under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
