SLB reports second-quarter 2026 results
SLB posted Q2 2026 GAAP revenue of $8.97 billion, up 3% sequentially and up 5% year on year.
GAAP net income attributable to shareholders fell 22% year on year to $786 million; diluted EPS dropped 30% to $0.52.
GAAP income before taxes slid 21% from a year earlier to $1.02 billion; margin narrowed to 11.3% from 15%.
Adjusted EBITDA declined 7% year on year to $1.9 billion; margin contracted to 21.2% from 24%.
