SM Energy to redeem USD 417 million 6.625% senior notes due 2027 on Sept. 4

SM Energy to redeem 2027 senior notes

SM Energy instructed the trustee to redeem all USD 417 million of 6.625% Senior Notes due 2027 at par.
Redemption is set for Sept. 4, 2026, funded with cash on hand; holders will receive accrued and unpaid interest.
After the redemption, there will be no remaining Senior Notes maturities until mid-2028.
