Newcleo said total capital raised since inception now exceeds USD 1 billion.

Proceeds are earmarked for expansion in Europe and the US, including Italy's 10 MWth non-nuclear demonstrator, and for regulatory processes in the US and France.

Newcleo begins trading on Nasdaq after SPAC combination

Smart Capital portfolio company Newcleo began trading on Nasdaq under NWCL shares and NWCLW warrants.

The listing followed a business combination with NewHold Investment Corp III, valuing Newcleo at about USD 2.4 billion pre-money.
