Smart Powerr on Aug. 13, 2026 reported resignations of three board directors, including the chairs of its audit, compensation, and governance committees.
Departures also included Yan Zhan as executive director, chief sales officer at wholly owned PRC unit Xi’an TCH Energy Technology.
Company secretary Binfeng (Adeline) Gu stepped down.
