- Smartbird will hold its annual stockholder meeting virtually on Sept. 30, 2026.
- Stockholders will vote on electing Class II directors Elizabeth Mora and Daniel Kasun for terms running to the 2029 annual meeting.
- Stockholders will also vote on increasing the share reserve under the 2021 Equity Incentive Plan by 3,500,000 shares.
- A separate vote will cover issuing more than 19.99% of Class A common stock on conversion of certain Convertible Notes.
- Other items include auditor ratification for fiscal 2026, plus authority to adjourn the meeting to solicit additional proxies.
