SMTK•Ferrox names new COO and executive director
SmartKem welcomed Allen Palmiere’s appointment as executive director and chief operating officer of Ferrox, its proposed merger partner.
Palmiere previously served as president and CEO of Gold Resource, where he led corporate strategy, operations, and capital allocation.
The management change comes following a definitive merger agreement between SmartKem and Ferrox, pending shareholder approvals and other closing conditions.
