Within 60 days, SmartStop introduced daily and weekly Key Statistics Reports presenting core operational metrics across its properties. By day 120, its proprietary data warehouse and in-house development team delivered fully digital monthly financial packages, granting owners structured access to financial data for internal analysis.
3. Launch of Real-Time Owner Portal
At the 150-day milestone, SmartStop launched phase one of its Owner Portal, offering real-time access to operational and financial data through a centralized interface. The portal supports filters for same store, state and Metropolitan Statistical Areas and enables data downloads in multiple formats for customized analysis.
4. Portfolio Scope and Future Investments
SmartStop’s platform enhancements cover over 460 owned or managed properties spanning 35 states and Canada, representing more than 270,000 units and 35 million rentable square feet.
