Smith & Wesson says executives earn 121.8% of fiscal 2026 cash incentive targets

Smith & Wesson said its new long-term incentive structure kept a 50/50 split between RSUs and PSUs for most named executives, with RSU vesting shortened to three years.
The company said PSU awards use a three-year Adjusted EBITDAS Growth metric with a relative total shareholder return modifier of up to +/-10%.
Executive pay report shows incentive payouts above target
Smith & Wesson Brands published its fiscal 2026 executive pay report, showing CEO Mark P. Smith total compensation of $4.67 million.
Smith’s package included $850,000 salary, $1.04 million non-equity incentive pay, $2.57 million stock awards, and $212,086 other compensation.
Annual cash incentive payouts were 121.8% of target, driven by Adjusted EBITDAS of $75 million and net sales of $523.8 million.
