Effective March 16, 2026, Snow Lake Resources will adopt the name Frontier Nuclear and Minerals Inc. and begin trading under the new ticker FNUC with CUSIP 359134103. Shareholders need take no action to accommodate the name and symbol transition.
2. Nuclear Asset Expansion
The rebranded company holds one of the largest uranium resource bases in the U.S. following the Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited acquisition and the Powder River Basin Pine Ridge project in Wyoming. It also maintains exploration interests in Colorado and is the largest shareholder of enrichment developer Ubaryon alongside Urenco, plus an investment in SMR developer Kadmos Energy.
3. Planned Lithium Spin-Off
Frontier Nuclear and Minerals intends to spin off its lithium assets into a standalone entity by mid-2026, aiming to unlock value and provide dedicated management and resources. The spin-off’s structure, timing and terms remain subject to board approval and regulatory conditions.
