1. Customer Base Expands to 12,621

Snowflake reported that its total customer count climbed to 12,621 by the end of the most recent quarter, marking a 22% increase year over year. The company added 1,450 new customers in the period, including 320 organizations generating more than $1 million in annual revenue. This growth reflects broad adoption across industries such as financial services, healthcare and retail, where enterprises are leveraging Snowflake's cloud data platform for unified data management and analytics.

2. AI-Driven Revenue Surpasses $100 Million Ahead of Schedule

Snowflake achieved $100 million in revenue from its AI-driven offerings — including Snowpark, native vector search and integrated ML services — two quarters earlier than guidance. AI workloads now represent 15% of total subscription revenue, up from 8% a year ago. The company highlighted that average consumption per AI customer rose by 35% over the prior quarter, driven by increased large-model deployments and real-time analytics use cases.

3. Strong Upside Potential in New Product Launches

Management outlined plans to roll out enhancements to its workload governance and data clean room services in the coming quarter, targeting a projected uplift of 5–7% in per-customer consumption. The launch of Snowflake Marketplace for third-party AI models is expected to drive additional take-up among enterprise buyers, with early access customers reporting an average 20% reduction in time to insights. Investors will be watching whether these new features accelerate net revenue retention, which has held steady at 165% over the past four quarters.
