Société Générale will issue EUR 1 million of senior preferred notes on October 15, 2026, at 100% of nominal value. The notes mature October 16, 2028, and carry a 6.9% coupon payable at maturity unless redeemed early.

The notes mature October 16, 2028, and carry a 6.9% coupon payable at maturity unless redeemed early. Société Générale may redeem them on October 15, 2027, at 104.45% of nominal value with 10 business days’ notice. Proceeds will support the group’s general financing purposes, and an application will be made for trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s regulated market.
