Société Générale announces EUR 30 million senior preferred green note offering
Société Générale will issue EUR 30 million of senior preferred green notes on October 16, 2026, at 100% of nominal value. The notes mature in 2038 and carry a 60% coupon payable at maturity unless redeemed early.
1. Offering terms
The notes mature on October 18, 2038, and have a 60% coupon payable at maturity unless redeemed early. Société Générale may call them annually beginning October 18, 2027, at 100% of nominal value plus 5% for each elapsed year. An amount equivalent to the outstanding nominal value will finance or refinance eligible green assets.
