Société Générale issues $3 million senior preferred notes due 2036
Société Générale priced $3 million of senior preferred notes due Oct. 14, 2036. The notes carry an 84% fixed rate, paid in arrears at maturity.
1. Note terms
The notes were priced at 100% of nominal in denominations of $1,000. Société Générale may call them starting Oct. 13, 2028, with optional redemption amounts stepping up by 2.1% per period. Listing is planned on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, with trading targeted on Euro MTF from or soon after Oct. 13, 2026.
