Société Générale issues EUR 30 million in senior preferred notes
Société Générale will issue EUR 30 million in senior preferred notes on October 28, 2026, with a 3.6% annual coupon and maturity on October 28, 2031.
1. Note terms
The notes are priced at 100% of nominal value and carry a 3.6% annual coupon. Société Générale may redeem them at par annually from October 28, 2027, with 10 business days’ notice. Proceeds will support the group’s general financing purposes.
