Société Générale issues USD 2 million in senior preferred notes
Société Générale will issue USD 2 million of senior preferred notes on October 26, 2026, maturing October 28, 2030, with a fixed 1.4% coupon paid quarterly.
1. Note terms
The notes are priced at 98.83% of nominal value. Société Générale may redeem them at par quarterly beginning October 26, 2027, with 10 business days’ notice. Net proceeds will support the group’s general financing purposes.
