SoftBank completes $3.1 billion acquisition of DigitalBridge
DBRG•SoftBank Group completed its acquisition of all outstanding DigitalBridge common stock on Sept. 30, 2026, in a deal valued at approximately $3.1 billion.
1. Acquisition completed
DigitalBridge became a controlled subsidiary of SoftBank and will operate as a separately managed platform led by Marc Ganzi. SoftBank will consolidate DigitalBridge’s results in its financial statements from the acquisition date.
