SOL Strategies CTO to Step Down After Earning SOC 2 and ISO 27001 Certifications
Max Kaplan will resign as Chief Technology Officer of SOL Strategies on April 30, 2026, after leading validator integration and earning SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. The company will not refill the CTO position and expects uninterrupted automated staking and infrastructure operations under senior engineers.

Max Kaplan has tendered his resignation as Chief Technology Officer of SOL Strategies, effective April 30, 2026, and the company does not plan to immediately appoint a successor to the role.
2. Kaplan’s Tenure Achievements
Since joining via the Orangefin Ventures acquisition, Kaplan led integration of multiple validator operations, built automated engineering infrastructure, and oversaw attainment of SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.
3. Business Continuity Assurance
SOL Strategies confirms its staking services, validator operations and core infrastructure are fully automated and will continue under the existing senior engineering team without interruption.
