Solaris Energy Infrastructure acquired Omega Foundation Services to add specialized EPC and heavy civil construction capabilities to its power infrastructure offering.
The deal broadens Solaris’ turnkey power project execution, adding site services, plant installation and commissioning, and electrical substation development capabilities.
