Solaris Q2 FY26 net income rises to $25.23 million; revenue climbs 12% vs Q1 to $219.4 million

Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure posted second-quarter revenue of $219 million, up 12% sequentially, as adjusted EBITDA climbed 30% to about $108 million.
Net income was $25 million; diluted Class A EPS was $0.26.
Guidance and growth updates
Solaris raised third-quarter adjusted EBITDA guidance to $90 million-$105 million, setting fourth-quarter guidance at $100 million-$120 million.
Contract expansions are expected to add more than $100 million of annual adjusted EBITDA, including a turnkey ~660 MW power plant deal with tenor extended to up to 18 years.
Solaris closed $2 billion of growth financing, bought power-generation services provider GESA, and invested in SMR nuclear technology company Deployable Energy.
