Solaris signs 15-year contract to supply about 900 megawatts of power
SEI•A Solaris Energy Infrastructure subsidiary signed a contract to supply approximately 900 megawatts of power generation to an existing investment-grade industrial and technology customer. Each deployment has an initial 15-year term, with an option to extend for another 15 years.
1. Contract terms
The agreement includes associated equipment, operations and maintenance services. Deployments are expected to begin in the first half of 2027 and scale through 2028.
