SolarWindow net loss widens 28.9% to $696,406 in Q3 FY26

For the nine months ended May 31, 2026, net loss from continuing operations widened to $1.86 million from $1.72 million, as operating expenses rose 8% to $1.96 million.

Cash totaled $4.79 million at May 31, 2026, down from $6.56 million at Aug. 31, 2025; working capital was $4.53 million. Management expects cash on hand to fund operations for the next 12 months, and the NLR CRADA term was extended to Dec. 31, 2028.

SolarWindow Technologies posted a net loss from continuing operations of $696,406 for the three months ended May 31, 2026, widening from $540,293.

Operating expenses climbed 31% to $727,008, led by selling, general and administrative expenses, which rose 43% to $552,995.
