Solesence Inc. settled disputes with Refy Beauty over consumer care products previously supplied to Refy.
Settlement requires payment of the British pound sterling equivalent of $938,000 in 12 monthly installments starting Aug. 5, 2026.
SPF product development and possible supply agreement
A six-month exclusivity period was agreed for development of a new SPF product, with talks toward a potential new supply agreement.
If a supply deal is signed, the final six installments will shift to credits toward purchases of the SPF product.
