Solid Biosciences will present seven research posters at the ESGCT congress in Hamburg, Germany, October 27-30, 2026. SGT-003 findings scheduled for October 28 describe restored muscle-protein complex stability and improved muscle integrity in Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Presentations on October 29 cover POLARIS-101 gene delivery to multiple tissues following depletion of preexisting antibodies. Manufacturing research scheduled for October 28-29 focuses on increasing viral vector yields, improving quality and scaling production.
