Solidion Technology appoints three new independent directors to board
STI•Committee leadership changes
- Karin-Joyce Tjon will chair the audit committee.
- John Davis will chair the nominating and governance committee.
Three new independent directors join the board
Solidion named Kimi L. Ellen, Mark N. Schwartz and Dante W. Robinson as independent directors, effective Aug. 31.
- Ellen, managing partner and CEO of Benford Brown & Associates, joins the audit committee and the compensation committee.
- Schwartz, an executive with IPO, M&A and SEC reporting experience, becomes compensation committee chair and joins the audit committee.
- Robinson, chief of internal affairs at State Compensation Insurance Fund, joins the audit committee and the nominating and governance committee.
