Solitario reports early Golden Crest drilling hits low-grade gold, no high-grade feeder zone
XPL•Drilling shifts to Cat Creek project
Drilling has shifted to the 100%-owned Cat Creek molybdenum-rhenium project in Colorado. The first hole has been completed, and assays are expected in at least two months.
Remaining assays due later this fall
Ten holes totaling 2,949 meters were completed. Assays for the remaining seven holes are expected in late September or October.
New targets outlined by drone magnetics
Drone magnetic surveys outlined new targets, including a large magnetic high on the property’s western margin tied to Homestake-style geology.
Early Golden Crest drilling returns low-grade gold
Solitario Resources reported initial phase-one drill results from Golden Crest in South Dakota, with low-grade gold across multiple limestone intervals.
No high-grade feeder structures were intersected in the first three Ponderosa holes; one hole cut 1.3 meters at 1.37 g/t gold.
